Phase 2: Preconstruction and Lending:

Our Client Coordinator and Project Managers track your project through the lending and permitting process to minimize delays in starting construction.

-Permitting / ARB Submissions

-Build Packet Submission to Lender

-Loan Packet Tracking

-Subcontractor / Vendor Coordination

-Final Planning to Begin Construction

Phase 3: Construction:

Our Project Managers and Build Coordinator in conjunction with the subcontractors and vendors walk you through every step of construction and consistently ensure you understand each option available though each step of construction.

-Site Clearing /Finalize Home Location

-Foundation

-Framing

-Rough Ins (Plumbing, HVAC, Gas, Electrical)

-Insulation/Sheetrock

-Interior Trim/Doors/Custom Carpentry/Tile

-Finish Trim Outs (Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring)

Phase 4: Final Punch List / Closing:

Our Client Coordinator, Project Managers and Build Coordinators conduct independent walk throughs prior to closing to ensure every detail in your build meets or exceeds expectations. Finally, our Client Coordinator will walk through the house with our clients and ensure all their concerns are addressed, followed up on, and completed prior to or in conjunction with closing.

-Final Walkthrough

-Utility / Subcontractor / Vendor / Component Familiarization and Review

-Warranty Review

-Move in Coordination

-Lender Close Out

Phase 5: Post Construction:

Our Team remains in communication with our clients even after the keys are handed over to ensure complete satisfaction.

-10 Year Structural Warranty
